We’re looking for a Sous Chef for Karavaan Amsterdam. A place where lunch, drinks and dinner flow effortlessly into each other, and where we cook all day with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.
As Sous Chef, you’re the steady presence on the kitchen floor. You keep overview and calm, support the team, and together with the Head Chef you’re at the heart of every service. You work hands-on, step in where needed, and help take both quality and teamwork to the next level. You’ll also contribute ideas for improvements and specials.
